Change Policies
Changes are only made if the product is unused, with original label and its respective receipt. If the product was dispatched, the shipping costs for exchange are borne by the customer. Romor´s does not make money refunds, all these policies are guaranteed by law nº 19.496
Guarantee Policies:
If the product has any fault, you are entitled to the legal guarantee. All products have 3 months to request product exchange, free repair or money back. You must present your ticket or proof of purchase and the original packaging.
